What is it?
Rather than report to our suppliers as a group of 600+ Agents, we have broken down regionally how our agents are performing into 4 different regions, agent by agent, so that supplier reps and BDM’s have insight into who is producing so they can support these agents.
Why are we doing this?
This will allow our agents and hosted agencies to receive direct support from regional reps and BDMs. A critical life for agents that includes Training, Resolution, Marketing and Consumer Evenings support
What does it mean for agent/agencies hosted with The Travel Agent Next Door?
They will receive the recognition for their sales production and have the ability to grow their business by working directly with their regional supplier rep or BDM.
What does this mean for suppliers?
Tour Operators, Cruise Lines, Airlines, Tour Companies, Tourism Boards, etc. will have insight into where to focus their efforts via their reps and BDM’s to assist in growing their business on a national scale.
